CALL TO ACTION
How do you effectively market over ten individual insurance agencies with different names selling products from an insurance company nobody has ever heard of? In a word: cleverly.

Trimerous took a three-pronged approach to this problem:

1. Support the producers
2. Support the individual agency brand
3. Support the Arbella product line and brand

Trimerous spent a lot of time talking to the major players at Arbella. First we spoke to agency managers and producers to understand exactly the type of customers they were working with and what those customers were looking for. Then we worked with management of the individual agencies and finally with the management at Arbella to find out the big picture goals of the entire company.

THE WORK
Trimerous went to work creating a series of tools that each individual agency could use. The story we told was one of personalized service, competitive products and local agency community presence. Several targeted print pieces focused on targeted customers, while a state-wide advertising campaign serves a broader audience.

RESULTS
Arbella now has a well-developed arsenal of tools and the flexibility to produce new advertisements at a moments notice. The awareness of all the agencies has grown, name recognition of Arbella is improving, and the producer's numbers are up!
